Ms. Minu Budhia was part of an interactive Q&A seminar hosted by SREI.The stimulating session addressed pertinent issues, including questions on grief, childhood depression, stress and anxiety and feelings of helplessness among senior citizens

A zoom webinar was jointly organised by Carring Minds and Akhil Bhartiya Marwari Mahila Sammelan (ABMMS) on September 28th, 2021 in preparation for the launch of a center of Caring Minds at Tinsukia, Assam.

Ms. Minu Budhia and Ms. Preeyam Budhia were given by State President, ABMMS, Ms. Pinky Prithany, and Ms. Shiva Chamaria respectively.  Ms. Prithany also moderated the Q&A segment of the webinar, which was titled ‘Mental Health: Breaking the Stigma’. This segment saw a lot of interaction by the audience and questions were asked on a range of issues.

The webinar was concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Ms. Madhuji Agarwal.

Cancer survivors Nidhi Almal, Sapna Somani, and Swati Garg were in conversation with psychotherapist Ms. Minu Budhia (Founder – Caring Minds) & Preeyam Budhia (Head, New Initiatives – Caring Minds). They shared their diagnosis & treatment stories, survivorship challenges, and how they cared for their physical, mental and emotional health & while coping with hope.
