Team Carring Minds International and CGI has entered into an agreement comprising the mental health services from Carring Minds International (CMI) , Teachers’ Capacity Building Workshops & Course, Counselling Sessions – Individual & Group, Parental sessions. Team CMI had visited to Bangalore schools for offline sessions. It was a very insightful sessions./p>
On 29th December, 2025 our Founder Dr Minu Budhia was invited to the 19th ISDSI – Global Conference, 2025 which was held at IMI. The panel discussion was moderated by Prof. Soni Agarwal. Dr Minu Budhia was invited for a panel discussion -“Women Entrepreneurship Panel”. It was a very enriching session with guests from different fields. Our Founder spoke about her acceptance journey and about her professional journey. The audience thoroughly enjoyed the session.
On 7th November, 2025 it was an evening that moved hearts and opened minds! Carring Minds International was honoured to be invited by the Lions Club of Howrah to conduct an awareness programme (about childhood, adolescent, adult, and senior mental well-being) to celebrate Mental Health Month.The highlight of the evening was a heartfelt keynote address by Dr. Minu Budhia (Psychotherapist & Founder, Carring Minds International), who shared how she overcame her personal battle with depression and suicidal ideation. The event also featured expert talks, a panel discussion, and an interactive session led by Carring Minds International’s team of senior mental health professionals. It was a very meaningful session and everyone was full of praise.
On 16th September, 2025 our Director Dr Minu Budhia was invited at Jadavpur University to share an inspirational keynote about her journey. The National seminar was on ” Preventing Suicide- Promoting Mental Health, Media a bridge or a barrier”. The event was organised on World Suicide Prevention month. Dr Minu Budhia shared her personal journey of battling depression, feeling suicidal and how she overcomed it. It was an insightful event.
On 3rd September, Carring Minds International conducted an interactive Stress Management & Resilience Workshop at the American Centre, Kolkata, with Ms. Kathy Giles-Diaz, Consul General, U.S. Consulate General Kolkata, joining in and actively participating to emphasise the importance of mental health. The session explored stress, engaging participants in activities and discussions on practical coping strategies to build resilience.
