On 9th February, 2024 our Founder Director Ms Minu Budhia received an Honorary Doctorate in mental health from Adamas University. It was her childhood dream to become a doctor. She believes she is a student of life & finally she was recognised for her hard work & dedication. In the 10th year of Caring Minds & her entrepreneurial journey her childhood dream came true and it was indeed a very very happy & proud moment.

On 26th January, 2024 our Founder Director Ms. Minu Budhia was invited at the Tata Steel Kolkata Literary Meet 2024 to share about her journey. The session was titled Republic of Hope and Our Founder Director Ms. Minu Budhia and Mr. Kamal Shah was in conversation with a moderator. It was an inspirational session with both the speakers sharing their life experiences.

On 23rd January, 2024 on the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, a new kiosk was inaugurated by MP Mr Sougata Roy, our Founder Director Ms Minu Budhia & CP Mr Gaurav Sharma. This kiosk is named “Police Didi” which will be used to register grievances or complaints in airports.

On 14th December, 2023 our Founder Director Ms Minu Budhia was invited by the Department of Human Resources as the Guest of Honour on the occasion of Human Rights Day. She was invited at Rabindra Bharati University main campus to share her life journey with the students and faculty members. They all enjoyed the session thoroughly. The speech was heartwarming followed by a question answer session. Also the students presented a Skit on Ragging and there were few presentations which was judged by our Founder Director.

It gives us immense pleasure to announce that LovvYouZindagi – an initiative by Caring Minds (Institute of Mental Health) was held on 15th October, 2023 at ITC Royal Bengal was a grand success. LovvYouZindagi is a wonderful and inclusive initiative. It creates awareness and sensitizes our society at large regarding mental health and for taking care of the mind. The show was truly delightful. The presence of stalwarts from diverse fields with a common objective of creating awareness towards mental health issues made the programme even more special. Society in general and youth in particular need to be more sensitised to mental health issues and this kind of creativity linked contest not only brings the issue to the fore but also forces them to think deeply about it. It is very heartening to know that there were a lot of entries for these and it was difficult to shortlist the winners. As we learn more about how our brains operate, the stigmas around talking openly about mental health will naturally reduce.

On 23rd September, 2023 our Founder Director Ms Minu Budhia was invited as the guest speaker in Birla High School, Mukundapur for a parental workshop on Modern Parenting. It was a nice interactive session along with a question & answer round. The parents & teachers both enjoyed the session thoroughly & gave nice feedback about the workshop.

Our Founder Director Ms Minu Budhia presented a PPT on Emptiness Syndrome which was held at PGIMER, Chandigarh from 14th-16th September, 2023. Also team Caring Minds presented a symposium on Acceptance & Commitment therapy.

On 28th August, 2023 our Founder Director Ms Minu Budhia & MD Patton Group Mr Sanjay Budhia was invited as the Guest of Honour in Adamas University for the Freshers Welcome.Lamp lighting & Felicitation was done by the university Chancellor. She shared about her journey as a special mom. There were more than 1200 students who had attended the programme. They thoroughly enjoyed the session.

On 13th August, 2023 our Founder Director Ms Minu Budhia was invited as the guest of honour on “Baaghini 02” an initiative on women empowerment organised by the ICC. A welcome address speech was given Ms Minu Budhia along with presentation of Medals & certificates.

Our Founder Director Ms Minu Budhia was invited as the Guest of Honour at the “Tumi Ananya” .The Lady Brabourne College Alumni Association had organized a fundraiser programme, ‘Tumi Ananya’ at Kala Mandir Auditorium, on Friday, August 11th, 2023.
