On the 21st January 2023, Caring Minds Founder Director Mrs. Minu Budhia addressed the panelists at St. Xavier’s College (Calcutta) Alumni Association’s XXIX Chapter of Fr. Joris Memorial Nihil Ultra National Debate.
Psychotherapist & founder-director, Ms. Minu Budhia launched her memoir, “Death of a Caterpillar” on 7th January 2023, which is a captivating story of a small- town girl turned social entrepreneur, an introvert turned mental health influencer, someone who went from being counselled to doing the counselling.
On 12th November, 2022, Ms Sayonee Chatterjee, Consultant Psychologist at Caring Minds conducted a workshop on how to motivate slow achievers at Swarnim International School, Kolkata.
On 1st November, 2022, our Founder-Director, Ms. Minu Budhia conducted a session on Stress Management: women and work-life balance for the Ladies Club and Samarpit Club, Tinsukia, Assam.
On 1st November, 2022, Ms Mohini Ojha, special educator, remedial teacher and play therapist at Caring Minds, Kolkata, conducted a session on managing anxiety and depression in young adults for the students of CT college, Tinsukia, Assam.
On 2nd September, 2022, Ms. Mohini Ojha, special educator at Caring Minds, Kolkata conducted a session on Management of Teen Stress, Anxiety and Depression for the students of St. Stephen’s High School, Tinsukia, Assam. She also spoke on emotional, psychological and social wellbeing.
On 1st September, 2022, our Founder- Director, Ms. Minu Budhia was invited to address members of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Tinsukia, Assam. She spoke on a much- needed topic- Stress Management & Work-Life Balance – and shared tips, tools and practical solutions via engaging activities.
The 19th National conference of IAP chapter of Neuro- Developmental Pediatrics at Biswa Bangla Convention Center, Kolkata. It took place on September 3rd and 4th September, 2022. With the use of this platform, Caring Minds was able to start a conversation about Neuro- Developmental issues with the pediatric population. With many visitors showing interest in our organisation, what we do and what we stand for, we were able to talk and spread awareness about occupational therapy, play therapy, neuro- developmental pediatrics, visual therapy and nutrition therapy.
