Caring Minds (Institute of Mental Health) virtual booth at the CII Annual Regional Conference 2021.

You matter. Your mental health matters.

On 6^th & 7^th Feb 2021, Caring Minds conducted a Trauma Management Workshop online, conducted by Neuropsychiatrist at Caring Minds, Dr. Prathama Chaudhuri, and Clinical Psychologist at Caring Minds, Ms. Megha Rathi. Our mental health experts focused on dealing with PTSD, crisis, abuse, and grief through structure therapy deliberation, using role play techniques, and care illustrations.

On 3rd January, 2021, Caring Minds held the orientation for a One-Year Post Graduate Diploma in Basic Counselling, recognised by the University of Calcutta. This is the first time this course is being offered online, making it a pan India course.

Raima Sen and Riya Sen visited Caring Minds and toured the facility with Founder-Director Minu Budhia and Head, New Initiatives, Preeyam Budhia. They discussed why mental health matters, stereotypes and stigma that surrounds mental health issues, and how mental healthcare is the need of the hour, especially during this pandemic.

Couple Therapy workshop was conducted to help the participants gain insight on the common conflicts in relationship along with evidence based strategies to resolve them. Participants also got to see role plays on faulty and effective communication patterns.

Caring Minds conducted a online workshop on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. The two-day interactive workshop held on 26th & 27th September, 2020.

Caring Minds conducted an interactive three day workshop on ‘Introduction to Play Therapy’. The three-day interactive workshop held on 17th to 19th July, 2020. Participants have joined from different parts of India subcontinent.
