Caring Minds organized an Experiential workshop on Relaxation Techniques, conducted by a renowned expert in the field, Dr. Suvra Chunder on 12th January, 2019. The workshop included a brief overview of the various approaches and techniques used in relaxation along with the recent advances in the domain. The participants saw live demonstration of various techniques of relaxation, which was followed by a question-answer session. Positive feedback from the participants successfully summed up the workshop.

Caring Minds organised a two-day experiential workshop on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, conducted by a renowned expert in the field, Dr. Suvra Chunder, on 16th & 17th February, 2019. The workshop included an overview of cognition and behaviour related to cognitive experiences.

On 15th February, 2019, Caring Minds conducted an interactive one-day workshop on Behaviour Modification. The participants learned about the connection between thoughts and behaviour, and how to modify behaviours to make life better.
